The estimate quiz asks for a name, a phone number, the district you are in, an email only if you want the figure in writing, and your own description of the lock, door or key. It is the single form on the site — there is no account, no newsletter and no chat widget.

The page a request came from and any campaign tag in the link, stored with the job so we know which pages produce work. Our host keeps standard server logs for uptime and security. None of it is turned into a profile.

(408) 583-5689 is a Twilio number that forwards to dispatch. The carrier records who called, when and for how long; the conversation itself is not recorded anywhere. Those records also let us ring back a caller who was cut off.

Booking online sends you to nexfield.pro, our scheduler, where the name, number, address and slot you enter are governed by Nexfield's own terms before reaching us as a job on the board. The phone books the same slots.

PostHog measures traffic here in cookieless mode — no cookies are set, so no consent banner appears. Session replay and automatic click capture are both off. The counted list is four long: page opened, phone tapped, booking tapped, quiz sent.

Block us-assets.i.posthog.com and you are excluded from the count with nothing else changed. There are no advertising or retargeting tags on this site.

Your number is used for the job at hand: confirming the price and window, naming the technician, flagging the van's arrival. Service messages only — no campaigns to past customers. Carrier charges apply as normal; replying STOP ends them for good.
